Advance Placement (AP) & International Baccalaureate (IB) Exams
Earn Illinois credit with strong AP or IB exam scores. You do not need to take the AP or IB class to take the exam.
Dual Enrollment
Earn credit by taking college classes while you’re in high school. We’ll award credit for any transferable course that appears on an official college transcript.

Advanced Level (A-Level) Courses
If you complete A‑Level exams, you may receive Illinois credit based on the subject.
Most subjects earn credit with a grade of C or better.
