For grades 9 to 11, report:

  • The grade, mark, or descriptor you earned
  • The maximum possible grade for that course

For grade 12:

  • If you finished the year, report your final grade and the maximum grade
  • If you are still in the year, select In Progress (IP)
  • Civics and Politics should be listed under Subject type “Social Science”

O Levels/GCSEs and IB Programs

For students who took O Levels/GCSEs and then switched to an IB program:

  • Report only grade 11 and 12 IB courses
  • Include the level (IB SL or IB HL)
  • Write out the full course names

Then report your O Levels/GCSEs in the SRAR section called International External Exam Results.
